- What is included in the starting site fee? It includes set up of tables and chairs. If you chose to use our table linens they are $6 each. We have an amazing sound system you can hook up to VIA Bluetooth, a 72" flat screen TV to put your logo on or Power Point. The music will also play outside on the covered porch area that has gas logs to keep you warm during that time of year. We have a full catering kitchen with, large refrigerator, ice machine, and heating tower.
